Poetic Fragrance

When all is said and done, we are here, alive to take that which we have been freely gifted, our precious lives, no matter our circumstances; to make a mark in our world, so that in the end, our very life and gifts become an even greater offering to our maker.

My daughters profound words

My daughter's words inspired me this morning. Whilst eating breakfast at the kitchen table she said Life is like a melon, it looks hard outside but it's really sweet inside." I asked her to explain the meaning of her words. She then proceeded to say that even though life seems hard at times, once you keep trying, giving it your all, one will eventually enjoy its sweet reward.
